hello good afternoon I have a problem with a controller and tried everything but I can not find a solution I hope you can help me on my hp notebook there is no menu of the graphics card checking I have noticed that a driver is missing or the amd software I went to the page of amd and place the option to detect missing drivers, it was downloaded, an amd adrenalin 2020 menu appeared, install it, restart my computer and when you want to open this menu, it says that there are no amd graphics drivers on the computer or the driver does not work properly, it looks for a appropriate hardware driver I have seen many videos trying to solve it but nothing this would be the last thing I try before hiring a computer expert I hope you can help me in advance thank you very much
