I am firstly not running the latest drivers (will try these later) but wanted to see if anyone else has the same issues.
My 5700XT is running absolutley stock and is performing awesome....on MOST games.
I have however noticed on games like left for dead 1&2, half life 2 and other Directx9 titles the performance is terrible. If i check radeon overlay it seems that the gpu clock sits at 100MHZ (almost like it doesnt detect it as a 3D game) and so this impacts frame rates massively.
Say for instance in left for dead 2, I have set FRTC to 73 (for my freesync motior at 75hz) i will achieve this FPS as soon as I move the mouse or make any sort of in game movement the FPS drops dramitically.
I have tried both 19.7.1 and 19.7.2 (running DDU in safe mode) and then a full clean install, but I still have the same problem.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue at all?
