https://pcpartpicker.com/list/nqctRk This is my current build list (minus monitors because they aren't in the site's lists.) The issue is frame drops whenever I move the mouse in games; it only happens when I am at a higher polling rate than 125. I have already disabled HPET in both the Bios, Device Manager, and CMD. I have also updated chipset drivers, updated mice drivers, and tested multiple mice. C-states have also already been disabled. So far there has been minimal change. Any suggestions?
