PCI device drivers not found

I recently build myself a AMD PC and am currently having an issue locating drivers for PCI devices in my device manager. I have tried to use the update drivers in the device manager window to get them working agian. Currently in my device manager i show 3 PCI devices and 1 PCI Encryption/Decryption controller. My PC build is as followes:

MD: gigabyte X570 gaming x

CPU: ryzen 5 3600 6 core, 12 thread

GPU: sapphire pulse Radeon Rx 580\

RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-3200 PC4-25600 CL16 Dual Channel

OS: Windows 10 Pro

new to forums so if there is any other needed information to help troubleshoot i should be able to get it without to much issue. Thanks in advance.

I had this issue as well. Make sure that you have ALL your motherboard drivers installed on your PC. Then, if that still does not work, then use armory crate and download the recommended drivers. This fixed it for me.

Note- armory crate should be automatically installed once you download your utilities for your motherboard.
