Path of Exile 2 - Driver Support Request

Path of Exile 2 is very buggy with Adrenalin features, specifically Enhanced Sync and Anti-Lag, they cause various issues with the game.

For example, Path of Exile 2 doesn't work properly when BOTH Anti-Lag and Enhanced Sync are turned on together, more specifically, Anti-Lag somehow causes random micro-freezes, where the screen briefly freezes and Audio hangs up. Anti-Lag conflicts with Enhanced Sync when there is a background app running which works adjacent with Path of Exile 2, the FPS gets locked to my Monitor refresh rate. These issues are resolved when Anti-Lag is disabled.

More severe; Anti-Lag off by default, Enhanced Sync on, Enhanced Sync causes 'Cursor' to flicker or disappear randomly while in Path of Exile 2 the same randomly freezes and audio hang, I have ran into 3 BSOD(DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL) already, the .dmp file blamed it on "amdkmdag.sys", I have shared the file. When I disabled Enhanced Sync, all these issues were gone. I need Enhanced Sync as my game suffers from severe tearing or else, and since my Monitor Refresh rate is only 60Hz, limiting it is an unpleasant experience. Vysnc's input lag is too severe.

AMD Adrenalin Bug Report Data: Here

GPU was NOT overclocked ever.

Please, support  Path of Exile 2, its a big game, and it will only get bigger, I am pretty sure the issues are far more than I have found myself.

I have fully reinstalled the drivers already after facing the issues with DDU, and have updated the driver to 25.3.1, but issues mentioned persists. I do not run any suspicious background apps, and most softwares are manually turned off by me, to improve systems performance.

25.3.2 did not do anything.

Here's a video proof of the mouse flickering(taken through phone)

Here's an OBS recording for the same thing but this time it doesnt show up in the recording while it still clearly happens on my end:

AMD Adrenalin recording for some reason completely stop the flickering issue altogether.

This and other issues mentioned are completely gone when Enhanced Sync is turned off, anti-lag has no influence.

I dont see your cursor becoming invisible. It just looks like you're moving it around fast. That's normal. What am I missing?

Would appreciate a list of all your system components.

The problems your citing could be the result of RAM, motherboard, CPU, even your wi-fi or what-ever connection you have to the internet.  Also what services do you have running in Windows 11, 10, 8, or 7.  It could also be a codec's problem or perhaps even a Net Framework incompatibility, (ie: I run some very old games, like AOE Conquers which requires the Net Framework 1 be installed to run properly) and yes it makes a difference.

If it ain't broke; don't fix it!

Not sure if you were asking me, but here are the details:

I have run MEMtest for RAM, no issues were detected, RAM: Corsair Vengeance 3200Mhz, XMP profile enabled, manual OC untouched.

Motherboard: MSI B660M Mortar Wifi, latest Bios installed.

CPU: i5 12400f

I am using Ethernet, but I don't think that's the issue.

Win11 latest version running.

I don't think it is a game side issue, but it's not impossible either, point is, AMD hasn't launched a single driver support for PoE yet.

It is broke, and AMD is the only one giving me these problems compared to Nvidia or even Intel. AMD is extremely slow in launching Driver support, and miles behind Nvidia in this regard.

I won't suggest anyone buying AMD in future, because how behind they are in this regard, only succeeding in hardware and value for money is irrelevant if the actual experience is buggy.

Here's the video taken through my phone, this is the issue I am seeing on my side, the other video is with screen record which doesn't show the issue as described by me.

That looks like it could be your internet connection.

Are you running a VPN, if so have you tried disabling it.  I used to run Nord VPN and experienced some issues of that sort.  I simply uninstalled it and the problems disappeared.
