I posted on Overwatch 2 Forum > Technical Support along with DxDiag information. The Devs responded that all the crashes are due to AMD GPU and to report it to the manufacturer. This is an example of one of the Dev's response:

It’s a known issue that AMD needs to fix with their driver for that GPU. If you search your card in the forum you’ll see the other posts discussing it."
As an IT Pro, I have done the following to troubleshoot the issue:
- Update the AMD drivers to the latest version 23.11.1
- Uninstalled and Reinstalled the GPU driver.
- Verified that all Asus Rog Strix G15 Advantage Edition laptop drivers were up-to-date
- Did Scan and Repair for Overwatch 2
- Turn off hard disk while plugged in is set to NEVER
This has been an ongoing issue for at least 2 months and with every new driver update, the crashes are becoming more frequent. Please advise any solution to rectify this issue.
