Overheating problem AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS with Radeon Graphics

I've been having this problem ever since i bought this laptop around mid 2023 i have used it in various game also but the overheating is always a problem, whenever the temp goes to 95 degree it always undervolts itself and i have to restart it to make it back to normal. and the sudden temp up is quick around 4-5 minutes even though i'm on the main menu.  and now i'm playing games with limited volts to avoid the overheating problem, and even with that the undervolts still sometimes occur

Laptop: MSI BRAVO 15 c7v

Make sure your laptop's vents are clean and you feel hot air coming out of the vents.

According to AMD Specs on your Mobile processor:

Max. Operating Temperature (Tjmax) 95c

AMD Configurable TDP (cTDP)
35-54W

Once your processor's temperature reaches 95c or above it automatically starts to throttle or slow down to keep it from overheating to the point of shutting down to prevent damage.

See if in BIOS you have the option to lower the TDP of the processor which will make it run cooler. It probably is set at a default of 4xc TDP.

You can also try purchasing a Laptop cooling pad to help keep the laptop cooler.

I also would open a MSI SUPPORT WARRANTY ticket to have your laptop checked. It is possible the thermal paste and or pads are not working correctly. I wouldn't open the laptop due that you might do something to void your laptop's warranty.

Your laptop shouldn't be overheating with defaut TDP and normal usage which is why I suggest your open a MSI Warranty to see if your laptop needs to be checked.
