OIT is broken on the RX 480 drivers it gives a fuzzy bug and will crash the GPU try the d3d10.7z to try it yourself.
This issue has come about while trying to test a Mod on a game that implements OIT and results in a Driver Crash as well as a fuzz effect on screen. OIT in OpenGL works fine but DirectX does not.
