Yesterday I couldn't open a game, I opened its error log and it was an openGL error, it told me to update the drivers, which I did, I updated it on the official website, it doesn't work, today I tried to open godot and it gave me another openGL error, since previously I had already opened godot and it worked, I use windows 10 64x.
Can you upload a image of GPU-Z to see which version of OpenGL is enabled by the driver on GPU Card?
Your GPU card supports OpenGL version 4.6.
Do you have the latest version GODOT installed?
NOTE: Sometimes for some reason OpenGL version reverts to version 1.1 instead of a higher version.
GPU-Z will verify to see if that is what happened in your case.
Also your R7 240 is not supported with AMD Driver updates anymore. The last driver for your GPU card is from 06/2022.
Hi, sorry for the delay, the version of godot is the latest stable version, how do I see this GPU-Z?
i find it:
it has openGl 1.1, as you said, how can I solve it?
Here a few previous AMD threads with the same issue showing OpenGL version 1.1:

Maybe someone there has a fix that can help you if the above links doesn't help you.
