NvME working in bios, but in the RaidExpert utility in windows 10 not

i installed an asus hyper m.2 gen 4 card in my computer (x570 pro motherboard), with two nvme samsung 970 pro disks (as per compatibility indications). When I enter the BIOS everything works fine, I can create a raid 0 on the two disks, the status is "online" for all the other disks I have and it doesn't return any errors. Once on windows 10, opening the raidexpert 2 application, only the array with an ssd disk is recognized, both the raid and the system disk (nvme) says they are "offline" and cannot find them. I have read that there are drivers to update manually, so when I try to do it windows says that the drivers are already the latest version, and it won't let me finish the update. anyone know how i can fix it?
