The lastest version of the drivers for my Vega Frontier Edition do not include any voltage control or hardware configuration options at all. Running stock in my well-ventilated CoolerMaster HAF 912 case, it gets over 85C under minor stress. I realize that this is because of the horrible blower cooler (why do they still make these?) combined with the complete lack of voltage control. My options as I see them at this point are:
1. Turn the fan up over 4000RPMs at all times, making the room sound like a jet hangar, and never put stress on the card.
2. Use drivers from 6 months ago, which are now having stability issues in certain applications.
3. Replace the cooler.
AMD, I am SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED in the discontinuance of BASIC VOLTAGE CONTROL in your PROFESSIONAL PRODUCT.
