Hi, I'm new to this forum. Hoping someone can help me with an issue I am having. I am using a 2019 27" IMac with Radeon Pro Vega 48 8gb graphics card. I use this computer a lot gaming with Bootcamp and Windows 10 on an external 2tb Samsun SSD. I installed Windows 10 on the external SSD in 2019 and it has been working flawlessly. I have updated Windows, as well as AMD Radeon many times through the last 5 years. However, on Monday I did an update with AMD to newer drivers and now I have no sound while in Windows. Sound does work while in Mac. Neither the internal speakers, nor the headphone jack have sound. Windows and other applications indicate "No output devices found". Investigating this issue I see that in Device manager, the Intel High Definition Audio device has a yellow triangle and shows that there is no driver present for the device. All attempt to find and add a driver for this have failed. I have used both Windows Update and 3rd Party driver update software and both indicate that drivers are up to date. I also tried using Bootcamp update and that did not solve the issue. Does anyone have any thoughts on this that can point me in the right direction to solve? I don't know what else to try short of reinstall Windows, which I hope not to have to do. Many thanks. Jim
