No «Record & Stream» tab in AMD Adrenalin 22.5.2
Also 22.5.1
reinstalled driver and updated windows many times
AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT

PRIME H610M-A D4
I can use OBSstudio, action, xsplit etc.
Also i've disabled windows update. I've enabled update. But tab not working anyway.
