No AMD Relive on 6500xt graphics card

I recently bought a new card from AMD 6500xt installed the driver and there is no AMD Relive. I've reinstalled the drivers several times but it doesn't help. What to do?

This could be because the RX 6500 XT and RX 6400 do not support hardware encoding. Not 100% sure if that is what would cause this to happen, but I am fairly sure you need hardware encoding to stream and record using the GPU.
