New System is Crashing and screen is tearing apart. Ryzen 5 7600 - No gpu - MSI b650 tomahawk

Hello everyone, 

I recently made a new computers it has Ryzen 7600 CPU with stock cooler. I have msi b650 tomahawk, no gpu and 32 gb ram and 2 tb nvme ssd. 

I have 2 identical monitor - 4k 27 Lg monitors. I tried it with AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 23.9.1, 23.9.3, and 23.11.1. 

I can use it with 1 monitor without any problems without Adrenalin software. To use the second monitor I have to install the Adrenalin software. I install the Adrenalin software then the second monitor works but after 10/15 seconds the screens start to flicker and tear apart. Can somebody help me with this problem?

Not familiar with this, but if you are running above 60hz on those two 4k monitors I would suggest to switch them to 60hz and see if that makes a difference.
