Hello support: I also have the same problem
when I open Radeon with ALT R or by right click on the desktop
I get a menu but it doesn't look like the menu attached to a support post
about the same issue. I also can't contact support by email because the contact
information pop up window doesn't allow me to fill in pertinent information, like geo location
country, etc ??
