New 22.3 drivers are not stable

Was having constant crashing after the two latest driver updates (22.3) with my RX6800XT. Also with default settings just crashing no matter what. Unreal engine games crashing the most (kovaaks, bloodhunt). Also valorant crashing. Apex legends few times.

Only fix was to do AMD cleanup utility and going back to 22.1.2 WHQL driver. Zero issues with it.

Just wanted to let you know that the new drivers are NOT stable at all.

That all depends on your PC build, components etc.. OS as well and how it's configured and bios settings..

I've had zero problems, maybe you've just been unlucky..

AMD Ryzen 7 3700x, Asus Tuf Gaming RX 6700 XT, Asus TUF Gaming x570 Plus, 32gb G.Skill TZ neo 3600mhz, Samsung 980pro 1tb NVME, Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1tb NVME, Lian Li Galahad AIO 240mm, Antec Titanium 1kw.

Obviously yes it can be different for all but I tried several fixes in the past days with no success. Including default bios + default GPU settings. Clean install with the new driver etc.

So it's pretty obvious that the new driver has some problems if it crashes simple kovaaks game on default settings with no overclocks or anything.

And then reverting back to old driver everything works with zero issues with extreme overclocks. So atleast for me it's pretty clear what the issue is...

It is strange that most of the instability seems to be with the 6000 series..

They really need to sort out the drivers, or maybe it is design or manufacturing faults..
