HI all, I am currently having issues with playing Netflix HD Videos on my computer. I am running Windows 10 and an 6700XT, all fully patched.
Both the Netflix app and Edge fail when I press "play" with error D7703-1003-C00D715F or U7361-1255-C00D715F both indicating that "information on my computer needs to be updated".
What did I try:
- Use a different computer (with NVidia graphics -> works as expected
- Use that different computer with my monitor and cable -> works
- Disable Hardware acceleration in Edge -> works, but only in SD
- Disable antivirus -> no change
- buy and install MS HEVC plugin -> no change
- reinstall Netflix app -> no change
- uninstall AMD driver with removal tool -> WORKS with stock MS drivers after reboot
- reinstall AMD driver 24.3.1 -> DOESN'T WORK again
So the issue clearly seems to be connected to the AMD drivers? Or am I missing something? Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
