After turning off my pc for a long period of time when turning it back on the gpu decreases its clock frequency, this is solved if before starting windows I press F10 or F11 to enter the Bios without modifying anything and then start windows normally. I have an intel hewlett packard prodesk 600 g1 sff with an amd rx 550 2gb low profile gpu. help me.
