I understand others have had this problem. I am not in the least bit techy and wish to be. All I want to do is press a button ( and not even do that) to get what should be mine back.
I cannot understand techky type firms seem to want you to do all the work. I don't even know the name and number etc of the Graphics card and any mother details cos 1) I didn't build the machine
2) I didn't bust it.
So I think it is incumbant on the radiaon people to come up with a fix and not make me angry and frustrated with something was fine until they balls up something, which being tecky's they shouldn't.
