After turning off my PC for several hours, the gpu clock lowers its frequency and does not reach the maximum. The only solution I have achieved is to disconnect the GPU from the board and reconnect it but it is momentary. Lower the GPU frequency again once I turn off the PC for another period of time. I have tried disabling the ULPS but I have not been successful. Help please.
