My displays have become pixely and grainy after updating to the 22.4.1 drivers

Hi

I've just installed the latest Adrenalin 22.4.1 drivers for my RX 580 8GB card, having not updated drivers for a good year or two. Now graphics on both displays look obviously pixely and grainy. I'm not sure how to fix this - I wasn't having a problem with my graphics before this driver update.

What happens when you clear up the current driver with DDU and install the old one back?
