I just downloaded AMD software to use the AMD media framework on my obs but when I tried to watch videos on youtube it stops responding but I can still press the button except it just freezes, So I used other browsers and it happened again and I accuse Amd software of that problem because it happened right when I installed it, Other than that I uninstalled AMD software still it's happening I open task manager and found out AMD is still there I end the crash handler task and the problem was fixed except minutes later it happens again

It is currently listed as a known issue in "21.7.2 release notes" for RX 500/ RX400 cards, I am experiencing this issue as well on my RX 480. For me it even happens simply by having a lot of tabs open in any browser.

Hopefully, AMD will have it fixed by the next driver release.

Using DDU to uninstall the drivers, and then do a clean install of AMD drivers has helped me slightly, but definitely does not resolve the issue.
