Mw3 crashes on 12.11.1

Amd need to fix the directx error for mw3. I had to go down to 12.11.1 update and the game has been running fine. Now suddenly the game keeps crashing. Please fix the cod crashes with a new update.

The current updates keep the game crashing by hence me moving to 23.11.1 install. But now that install keeps crashing.

Did you use DDU / AMD Cleanup Utility to uninstall the drivers before installing 23.11.1? If not, I recommend doing so.

This is what activision recommend using and since i installed them to my PC it has not had a single crash in week (32 hours playtime). Maybe worth a try.
