Yesterday out of nowhere I was playing a game called Path of Exile and the graphics went absolutely CRAZY. Giant red and blue squares started flickering all over the screen (first video). When I alt-tabbed, other apps were not as bad, but I noticed some small groups of pixels showing up when I am scrolling. They flicker while I scroll, but are static when I stop (video 2). Some completely random apps and even some tabs inside Path of Exile (which has by far been affected the most) were not affected at all (video 2 as well). I unplugged this monitor from the CPU and exchanged it for a spare monitor I had. All monitors I tested on this CPU kept showing the same problem, but none of them had it when I plugged them into a different computer. My graphics card is a Radeon RX 570. I tried to detail as much as I can, but I will be glad to answer whatever questions ASAP because I need to fix it with some urgency. Appreciate all insight
