I purchased a Neptune HX80G mini PC used and had to start from scratch install of windows 11, installing the various drivers from the manufacture's website for ethernet, wifi, chipset, etc.
However, I cannot get "multimedia controller located at PCI bus 7, device 0, function 5" to install a driver

I just dont even know where to begin to even understand what the problem is? i have taken each and googled, all lead me to an AMD driver download which the "update driver" function just dismisses like the last 100 attempts.
