I went from 6650xt to 6750xt. I’m upgrading cpu psu and motherboard later. Right now I have ryzen 5500 650w 32gb ram. I uninstalled all amd software and did a clean boot. Moving the mouse around it freezes for a second every so often. And pressing the keyboard animations can stutter. YouTube videos stutter. Need help.
