The same thing is happening to me except I have to hit windows or Alt-Tab to regain control of my mouse. I hit ALt-R and the overlay doesn't even pop up, I just get a frozen mouse. This also doesn't allow me to use any of the hotkey; instant save and instant replay don't even pop up
