I changed the CPU from Ryzen 5 2600 to Ryzen 3 3100. After that, mouse and keyboard stopped working. I've had this issue before, I think it's that Windows 7 needs USB drivers and for whatever reason, they stopped working after putting in the new CPU. So I tried installing chipset drivers, both from Gigabyte (motherboard is AX 370 Gaming 3, BIOS updated) and from AMD. Installing Gigabyte drivers didn't help, and this is what I get when I open the AMD chipset drivers installation program. Only a tiny part of the window is visible. What the holy f*ck am I supposed to do with that???
