Trust me, I have read a dosin types of threads and forum topics, but nothing helps.
I have latest drivers on, uninstalled and reinstalled,
Tried to update other driver for other components, but nothing works.
I have a whocrash program that read the latest crash I had and this is what he said.

Is all these black screen a driver issue?
I even got a black screen and windows restart by just trying to post this thread…..
If anyone have thoughts or a question, shot.
What is your PSU?
Have you tried the graphics card with a different system?
If the system crashes continuously, go to WattMan and reset settings. Then set GPU power to -30% and try again. This reduces the graphics card's TDP (temperature) and reduces risks of crash.
If your power supply is sufficient and you do not have a GPU temperature problem, you should look for the problem with a software. Uninstall the driver with DDU in safe mode and reinstall the latest driver. Do not modify the driver settings with Radeon Settings software. Also, stop this software from running. Run Command Prompt as an administrator and try these:
taskkill /f /im RadeonSettings.exe
taskkill /f /im amdow.exe
taskkill /f /im AMDRSServ.exe
sc stop "AMD External Events Utility"
You run these commands to stop AMD display driver components. You reduce the possibility that the driver software makes an error. The graphics card must also be physically connected properly. Check inside the PC case.
I have manage to get some few things to work,
The random black screen on desktop has decrees thanks to (img)
i just manage to get monster hunter world to run this morning, thanks to some bugg?
I copie the MWH folder to another folder then open it from there as an admin and then it worked,
It makes no sense…
I have a stronk feeling all of this is driver issues.
But is it AMD driver or some windows driver, I cant say...
Use high performance...
Is you mean ”AMD ryzen balance” the black screen will come back again, the CPU will go on minimum 4.0 GHz non stop
But with “windows balance” he can jump between 2.5 GHz (when the computer is not doing anything) to 4.3 GHz when power is needed,
I have offered you more than one solution. I suggest you try what I wrote. Also, if Windows Power Options resolves this problem, your motherboard may not be able to properly adjust core voltages. Or you are trying to master with a program like Ryzen Master software.
This is my power supply
https://www.komplett.se/product/838663?noredirect=true#
I no longer have problem with blackscreen anymore after I changed energy alternatives from “AMD ryzen balance” to “windows balance”, so that to me is problem solved,
And im ot going to “taskkill /f /im RadeonSettings.exe”
all of that, this is beyond my comfort zone.
If you are very curios, here is full list of everything inside my computer.

Purchase a 700W PSU or higher. Your problems will be solved. If power option changes make your system more stable, the motherboard cannot properly adjust CPU core voltage.
thank you, i might send this computer back and see if i can uppgrade it trough that way,
due to warrenty issues, i just can't open the chassi upp and play around with it.
dude, i got a new PSU and instaled it.
it did not solve the problem
here it is. Corsair RM850x, 850W PSU - Nätaggregat - Komplett.se
also! me and some friends discoverd many wierd thing going on with this computer!
take a look!
my computer is COTY - YouTube
putting a HDMI that is linked to a screen that is turned on, will turn on every fan inside my computer, even if the computer do not have the PSU turned on
If you explain the problem in detail, I will try to tell you what might cause it.
What Adrenaline software version are you using? I haven't gotten a bluescreen or any black screening happening with my 5700XT ever since 19.9.2 came out, especially playing Monster Hunter World which I pretty much only played on this computer at the moment.
Do you have the latest BIOS for your motherboard? Another potential issue that I had with my ASUS B450 motherboard is that the PCIe was set to Gen 4 or AUTO, so try manually setting it to Gen 3 under Ai Tweaker and see where that leads you.
i just were inside the bios, keep in mind i am sort of a noobi when it comes to this,
i dont really want to touch anything unless i fully know that im doing :/
i could not find any thing about Gen4 / auto, in Ai tweaker.
:/
Excuse me. I didn't read it fully. The problem you share with a YouTube video is caused by the motherboard. But I don't know why this problem occurs. This problem has nothing to do with the driver. Because the driver starts with Windows starting. I think you won't have problems with a good PSU. Perform a clean Windows installation and do not install any driver package other than the graphics card driver. I suggest you try that way.
- Remove the graphics card, clean the PCI port of the motherboard with an old dry clean toothbrush.
- Connect the GPU to your system and screw it so that it does not move with vibration.
- Perform a clean Windows installation.
- Do not install an additional driver package on your system. Windows Update will install what you need.
- Just download and install the latest video driver from the AMD page.
- Perform a stabilization test for your processor. Use Furmark CPU Burner and Prime95.
- Perform a stabilization test for your GPU. Use Furmark with 800x600 without AA. Use Furmark with 800x600 and 8x AA.
- Get the maximum temperature values for the CPU and GPU. And find out how stable your system is.
I hope you can solve your problems. There is a very low likelihood of a situation preventing your system from operating.
