Hello ,
This is my first post , i have a brand new XP Pen artist 12 Pro , all cables are plugged in with no issues , i can see that my tablet is powered on , windows recognizes it , so does AMD Adrenaline , but there is no display showing on it .
i tried it on my laptop , works fine , tried it on my husband's PC ( intel and Nvidia setup ) also works fine .
i am suspecting it has something to do with my AMD drivers ? or settings ?
my pc specs are
B450 Aorus Elite
Ryzen 5 2600
Radeon RX 580 4GB
16 GB RAM
windows 10
i updated my AMD to the latest version AMD Windows Driver Version : 31.0.21023.2012
when i try on safe mode it is working fine
any help is highly appreciated , and thanks in advance
