Microstutters When Viewing Youtube(And other) Videos While Browsing Online

Hey guys,

I've been experiencing random microstutters with my build while simply watching videos online, Youtube for example, and browsing the web on the side. Here are my general specs:

**This is a build I made back in 2019.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700x

GPU: Sapphire Radeon 5700XT

RAM: 2x GSkill Trident Z Nero 16gb DDR4 3600

Storage: Sabrent Rocket 4.0 M.2 500GB & Corsair Force MP600 1 terabyte

Motherboard: Asus Tuf gaming X570 with Wifi

Display: 2x AOC C24G1 24" Curved Frameless Gaming monitor, FHD 1080P; 1ms 144HZ with Freesync. (Displays on my Windows 10 machine are set to extended for the displays).

Case: Corsair Carbide Series SPEC DELTA RGB ATX case.

Cooling factors: My corsair case offers three front intake fans, I then install two output fans on the top of the case and the standard back output fan as well. So, 3x intake and 4x output in total.

Additional info: I used to have an Nvidia GTX 1060 but I've since properly uninstalled it, cleared registry values and any left over folders.

The drivers for my graphics card is up to date as well as of this writing.

Let me know guys what you think may be the issue, or have any ideas that may help.

*Edit: this is a post I had somewhere else but I did not get many answers so I wanted to post my question here as well.

Thanks!!
