Hello,
I got an issue to start an over 10 years old game, which is working everywhere except my main PC with AMD Vega 56 GPU.
Could anyone explain me, why i keep getting microsoft visual code++ runtime library runtime error?
I tried on old laptop, i even install virtual box on the PC and everywhere working without anything to install.
On old laptop is using GeForce 940m and on virtual box not even a GPU installed.
Does AMD GPU don't support old game?
I wanted to play a game called "Seal Online".
Here is the error message.
I tried every guide in the internet these last 3 days and still nothing.
I just fresh install windows today only to copy the game and still same error message.
I installed all VC++ versions and still same error message.
Should i give up? so this game won't work on my "new" PC?
Game forum told me to use old compability, tried every version exist from Windows 98 until windows 8, same error.

I'm so desperate @.@ how could this be.
Everywhere works only not at my PC.
