Micro Freezes

hello everyone, I have a very strange problem, I recently installed Windows 10 and after installing the Adrenalin graphics card driver, friezes appear every 2-3 seconds and I do not know what to do at the moment of the frieze, the picture on the monitor and the cursor hang, my AMD A6 6310 with Radeon r4 graphics and 4gb RAM

Hey @Nirtet

I suppose this is on a laptop? Did you install 32-bit or 64bit Windows 10?
Furthermore, 4GB of RAM is very little for Windows 10 and is likely the reason for your micro stutters. My Windows 10 uses minimum 2GB of RAM when no new programs are open yet.

Kind regards

yea , you right i have only laptop and 64 bits system maybe 4 gb is realy so few to this system , but I conducted an experiment by downloading windows 7 and downloading adrenaline and friezes there are still there, probably I should buy a video adapter that originally stood in my laptop, namely radeon r5 m230, many on YouTube advised to disable the settings in the application, but it does not help, but if I remove the adrenaline driver and stand on the default drivers of windows, then there are no friezes or it driver errors or I'm stupid sorry

It´s not uncommon. I have fixed several laptops with that issue.

1) Download latest BIOS from your manufacturer and install it.

2) Download latest GPU drivers / APU drivers from your notebook´s manufacturer´s site (NOT the AMD official ones).

3) Remove the display driver from Device Management.

4) Disable Windows auto driver installer: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-disable-automatic-driver-updates-windows-10

5) Restart the system.

6) Your system should start without the APU drivers now. Install the ones that you downloaded from your OEM.]

That should fix it.
