Drivers 18.5.1 and 18.4.1 on Windows 10 1803 does not idle properly when using 120Hz, using 18.2.1 at the moment which works fine.
I'm using 120Hz cause I get some faint interlacing on the upper right corner of my monitor when using 144hz.
Heres some screenshot, it idles properly on 144hz
