 all drivers for Radeon RX 580 MAC OSX are missing?  Where are they

The RX 580 driver is part of your MAC OS.

Here are all the MAC OS and versions that support the RX 580: OWC Radeon RX 580 8GB Graphics Upgrade Solution (2010-2012) 

If you have a MAC OS version that suppose to support your RX580 with drivers and are missing than you need to open a Apple Support Ticket.

It says it is supported but you do not get a boot screen which is important to me.
