Hello AMD Support Community,

 I am currently working on a project that involves tuning a dual 7642 server, and I am in need of some assistance with a specific tool that I am unable to locate: the "AMD-IOPM-UTIL". The "AMD-IOPM-UTIL" has been mentioned in the AMD ROCm Documentation, specifically in the MI200 Tuning Guide (https://rocmdocs.amd.com/en/develop/how-to/tuning-guides/mi200.html).
