Linux amdgpu 19.30-838629 mouse laggy

I getting mouse very lag when using driver 19.30 on official website. This is my information:

Main: Gigabytes Z370-SLI

RAM: 16G

CPU: Intel i7 8700K

SSD: Crucial MX200 250GB

VGA: RX 5700

OS: Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS x86_64

Kernel: 4.18.0-25-generic
