Adobe apps such as Photoshop and Lightroom that use Camera Raw have issues whenever GPU processor is selected. When selected under the Performance settings tab in Preferences, the images in the previews and develop modules appear blur or unsharpened. Whenever GPU processing is turned off the images are displayed as captured i.e. sharp. This has been an issue for a very long time now. I am running 23.2.1 drivers.
