Not sure if AMD Supports that type of digital White Board technology or not.
But found out where you can download the latest Samsung Flip 2 drivers that might help you issue: https://displaysolutions.samsung.com/support/resources/product-support/Samsung+Flip+2+(WM65R)
Are you using AMD Driver for your laptop or Lenovo's own OEM AMD Driver?
Go here at Lenovo Support for the Thinkpad T14s and input your serial number so that the correct download page shows up: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/thinkpad-t-series-laptops/thinkpad-...
Then update all the drivers in your laptop including the BIOS version either automatically or manually.
If the AMD driver is not updated, remove the current AMD driver, if you downloaded it from AMD Download page, with DDU with the internet disconnected and deleting the created AMD Driver Installation folder at C:\AMD.
Now install your Lenovo's OEM AMD VGA Driver and see if that makes any difference after updating your Samsung Flip display and laptop drivers.
NOTE: I do suggest you order the Recovery Media in case in the future something goes wrong with your laptop you can use the Recovery Media to default your laptop back to the way it was when you first purchased the laptop.
I am using official drivers from AMD website and all latest drivers from Lenovo website. I reported this issue to Lenovo and Samsung and hope they can support. Thanks for your help!
