These are both included in the latest Ryzen Maximum Performance Power Plan. One of them has the values set to 2 while the other has them set to a value of 3 according to this PowerSettingsExplorer application I'm using. I realize one of them has 1229 and the other has 1207 so they may in fact *not* be the same thing, but they share identical Friendly Name and Description descriptions.
