I have an old (but well functioning) Dell desktop, circa 2012. Installed a new piece of software, didn't work properly and their tech support told me I needed to update the graphics drivers.
The AMD site mentions "autodetect and install software" but I can't seem to find that software.
Since I couldn 't t find the software, I looked at the MSINFO output, which tells me that I have
AMD Radeon HD 7500 Series
Driver Version 15.201.1151.1008
There is a thread in this forum from a number of years ago that suggests the place to look for drivers is the HD 7510, and that "Legacy 3/1/16 the latest driver".
I looked for 7510 drivers and found these
Catalyst Software Suite
Revision Number
15.7.1 WHQL
Dated 7/29/2015
Radeon Software Crimson Edition Beta
Revision Number
Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta
Dated 3/1/2016
Going by the date, these look like the versions referenced in the thread above
So one question:
Are the correct drivers still the ones listed above (as of 2018), or do I need to run the autodetect and install driver to find the right ones?
Thanks
Stephen Yeo

Yes those are the correct AMD drivers for your legacy GPU card: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-hd/amd-radeon-hd-7000-series/amd-radeon-hd-7570
Note: All the 75xx GPUs uses the same drivers.
Here is where you can update all of your AMD Hardware drivers from AMD Download page. No need to use Auto-Detect: https://www.amd.com/en/support
Thanks very much indeed. I'll try what you suggest and report back.
