Laptop Screen stutters after installing AMD driver

My laptop specs :

ASUS TUF Gaming A15

AMD Ryzen 5 4600 H with Radeon Graphics

12GB Ram

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti 4GB

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So when I first hard my laptop it was all fine, no stutters or lag. Then just recently I just had my laptop reset and kept all my files except for the apps and stuff, fresh install of windows 10 and I installed amd drivers specifically the auto-detect tool. After doing so, my screen freezes when opening or seeing certain things, for example when I browse twitter and I play a video or look at a picture, my screen would freeze although my 2nd screen is fine and I just switch tabs or scroll down and my screen would unfreeze, this happened before when I had a reset and installed every app but I do not remember how it fixed itself. Everything was fine before I installed anything related to AMD, I do now know if I'm missing anything but I would prefer knowing how to fix this as soon as possible because it is a nuisance, should I uninstall amd adrenalin? or just let it somehow fix it self? It everntually became fine before when I did a reset but I don't know how it fixed itself and/or if I have to do something about it.

You need to use the AMD drivers from the laptop manufacturers website..

AMD Ryzen 9 9900x, Asus Prime X 9070, Asus Crosshair X870E Hero, 64gb Kingston DDR5 6000, Samsung 980pro 1tb NVME, Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1tb NVME, DeepCool Mystique 360 AIO, Antec Titanium 1000w.
