hello everyone good day I come to ask for your support because I have a problem
It's been a while that when I'm playing fortnite, assassins creed, GTA V etc the sound starts to distort sounding like static or robotic and the game starts to go slow and crashes, this lasts about 5 minutes and resolves itself but a few hours go by and it happens again using the rivatuner tool when starting to play my graphics usage is 90-95% 55-60°, my processor is 80-90% 50-63°, 5-6 Gb of ram and fps is between 50-65 playing in medium-high quality, when the sound starts to distort and the fps drop the stats are: graphics usage is 30-50% 55-60°, my processor is 80-90% 50-63°, 5-6 Gb of ram and fps is between 5-19.
I have updated my graphics card drivers as well as my OS drivers, I already cleaned my pc of junk files, changed antivirus, defragment hard drive, but I don't know what else to do I hope you can help me, I would really appreciate it
