When I updated to 23.11.1 of adrenalin OBS HEVC encoding did not work with OBS. It doubled the speed then stopped halfway through in the DaVinci Resolve preview screen.
Every other file made prior to the driver update works perfectly fine and I have tested other stuff
I am running a 6600XT and 5800X3d
Edit: I downgraded my driver to version 23.10.2 and changed none of my settings on obs or da vinci and it works fine
