As Kingfish pointed out there are several HD7600M series models.
But your HD76xxM is considered to be Legacy and not supported by any more AMD Driver updates.
I checked all the HD7600M series drivers at AMD Download page they all seemed to have the same latest two drivers to download:
WHQL Driver from 2015
BETA Driver from 2016
Your choice. Those above are for Windows 10 by the way.
