If this was Windows, this should be your solution:
If updating to the latest drivers - and rebooting - doesn't help, then there's a registry fix for this. (And remember to log OFF, not just disconnect the session between tries)
But seems you're using a "Preview" driver as 23.11 is not listed under normal downloads yet... 23.11 is still in Preview and only for Mac/Chrome OS/Linux as far as I remember?
Hey man, been having this same issue for months. Seems like this began occurring back in Nov. 2023. What I ended up doing, and worked, was uninstalling Citrix Workspace, then reinstalling the newest release of Citrix Workspace.
