There seems to be a bug for the integer scaling feature, at least for older GCN GPUs, as I have the same issue as this person here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/comments/eg1l9p/has_anyone_gotten_amds_integer_scaling_thing_to/
Integer scaling is always in centered mode, thus the image doesn't upscale to the monitor size. I took a screenshot of the driver, which mentions: "All integer Scaling are centered mode."
Is this a bug?
