Recently, when I started playing games like Modern Warfare and R6, my computer doesn't run the games well. I have to make the settings as low as possible to even come close to 60fps. My gpu says its being used but when I open the radeon software it just shows spikes from 0% usage to 100% usage then its mostly flat lines at 0% could it be my power supply or what I'm super confused.
