Hello, i have a problem where my Radeon RX580 4gb is always on 75% usage even on idle and it stops when i turn off instant replay (software version 21.12.1) i get fps drops ingame and i always clip moments so instant replay is a necessity for me, i saw that many people had this problem 4 years ago how come its still comun these days?
would love to fix this issue since is the only gpu i can use at this moment due to the worldwide shortage.
